PCI Herceg Fest is the executive producer of Herceg Novi Film Festival – Montenegro Film Festival. The idea of a film festival happening on Kanli kula fortress has been forming since 1987, when the First Yugoslav Festival of Film Directing took place in the most beautiful summer open-air cinema. The festival has a status of an event of special significance for culture of Montenegro.

April is a month traditionally dedicated to dramatic arts. Herceg Novi April Theatre Festival was held in 1996 for the first time. Since its founding until today, the festival has been changing its concept and it has grown from a revue of amateur theatres of former Yugoslavia into an opportunity to overview selected professional productions and a favourite festival among the local people.

Mimosa Festival is a traditional ceremony honouring a flower adorning the winter landscape of Herceg Novi. It has been known for over five decades as one of the most important tourism-promoting events in our region. February and March in Herceg Novi are filled with a large number of entertainment, cultural and sports programmes, and the Mimosa Caravan visits various towns of the region and Europe.

International art music festival Days of Music takes place from 10^th to 20th July. The summer festival of classical music has a long tradition, which is constantly enhanced. The artistic director of the festival is a well-known pianist Prof. Boris Kraljevic. Upon his invitation, international artists perform concerts in the Park Hall and open-air stages.

The Association of Comic Artists and Herceg Novi Comic Art Festival were established in 2007 by a fine artist and comic artist Nikola Curcin. The festival was designed as a cultural event with the aim of prolonging summer season. It begins on first Friday in September and lasts six days. Herceg Fest provides logistic support and venues.

Operossa is an international project – organization established in 2006 with the aim to promote young opera singers, and while working with top producers, present opera as a modern and entertainment form. Herceg Fest is a longtime partner of Operossa, so premieres and concerts are held at the most beautiful open-air stages.

It has been taking place since 2013 in last ten days of August. Apart from concerts performed by international jazz artists and bands, it offers educational programmes for young musicians from our and other towns. In addition to technical support for concerts in the Old Town with Herceg Novi Music School, the Institution also provides the festival with venues and logistic support.
